Serves 4
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Beat 1 egg
3. Add and mix well: 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
1 cup milk
1 garlic clove, minced
1 small onion, minced
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup grated cheese (strong)
salt to taste
4. In baking dish, add 2 Tablespoons oil and add the above mixture.
5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
