Salad
1 and 1/2 pint potatoes, cooked and chopped
1 pints beets, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup chopped pickle
1/2 cup olives
1/2 cup capers
Dressing
yolks of 6 eggs , hard boiled
salt
2 Tablespoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 pint olive oil
vinegar to thin
1 Tablespoon onion juice.
