This recipe actually sounds a like a perfect post-Christmas-and-New-Years leftover extravaganza! Not that I won't eat all the potatoes with the left over raclette, but hey a girl can dream!?
"2 and1/2 cups freshly mashed potatoes beaten until light with 1/2 cup hot milk and 1 Tablespoon butter. Add 2 cups chopped cooked ham and 1 teaspoon each of parsley and onion, minced. Grease baking dish, sprinkle with 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Add ham mixture. Sprinkle with another 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Bake until top is well browned. "
Et voila!? That is it, no temp, no time!
