Cabbage and Cream

 Ingredients

 1 cabbage cooked
butter
salt
pepper
grated nutmeg
1 Tablespoon flour
1 cup cream

Process

 1. Chop a cooked cabbage fine and put in a sauce pan with butter, salt, pepper, and grated nutmeg.
2. Add flour and stir well. 
3. Add cream and cook over a low flame until all is thoroughly mixed.
