This is an auspicious time to remind my readers that Garro's Eggnog is a legendary recipe!
Ingredients
2 eggs separated, beat the whites stiff
4 tablsepoons whiskey or brandy
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped cream
sponge cake
Process
1. Beat egg yolks with sugar.
2. Add the whiskey to the shipped cream.
3. Beat the egg whites and fold into the mixture with a wire beater.
4. Pour into mold, lined with sponge cake or lady fingers.
5. Chill and serve (maybe dust with powdered sugar)
