Lemon Cream

 Ingredients

 2 eggs
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 lemon, juiced and rind zested

Process

 "Beat whites and yolks separately. Add to the yolks the rind, juice, and sugar. Beat in bowl and place in pan of hot water until it begins to set. Then fold in the stiff beaten whites. When hot remove from fire. Serve chilled. "
