Amazon.com: QinSuiKai 10 Pcs Mini Spoons for Spices, Small Size 2.8" Salt Spoons With Acrylic Box, 304 Stainless Steel Tiny Spoon, Little Spoon for Salt, Sugar, Coffee, Powder, Dessert, Caviar (Gold) :

Combine all Ingredients:

1 saltspoon salt (1 saltspoon = 1/4 teaspoon)
1 saltspoon mustard
1/2 saltspoon paprika
1/2 saltspoon black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Large spoon vinegar
4 large spoons oil
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon tomato catsup
chopped onion
a little sugar.

* What is a salt spoon?

Clearly a very small amount, more than a pinch but not measurable as a teaspoon? It dates back to the 18th century and measures 1/4 teaspoon.

*What is Honolulu Salad?

It appears the ingredients are roughly:

1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained

1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

 1 cup miniature marshmallows

 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts or walnuts (optional)
