Ingredients
1 dozen sardines
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
yolk of 1 egg
1 cup water
salt
cayenne
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
Process
"Heat sardines in oven. Boil oil of sardines with water until thick. Add Worcestershire and seasonings. Move from fire and add beaten egg, vinegar, and mustard. Pour sauce over sardines and serve immediately. "
