Cumberland Sauce for Meats - hot or cold

 Stir together, over a low flame, 2 Tablespoons orange juice, grated rind of the orange, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon prepared mustard. 

Add 1/4 cup currant jelly and 1 Tablespoon wine. Stir until jelly melts.
