By the looks of this recipe card, this is an older recipe and it is written by Baba my great grandmother.
Ingredients
2 packages spaghetti
2 lbs mushrooms (boil and save the water)
2 chickens
Hollondaise Sauce
Process
1. Boil chickens and cut meat into small pieces.
2. Make cream sauce from mushroom water. (what?)
3. Put chickens and mushrooms in center of baking dish with spaghette around the edge.
4. Spread the mushroom Hollondaise sauce over spaghetti.
5. Spread cheese on top and bake until brown.
This serves 9 people.
