Ingredients
1 Tablespoon butter
Pecans
Salt
Process
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Melt butter in cookie tray.
- Spread pecans one layer think and salt lightly.
- Toast in oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Let cool and keep in jars or tins for weeks.

I think my mom calls these Smith Club pecans. Maybe they used to sell them as a fundraiser!? What a WONDERFUL blog!! I can't wait to look around it more. Your family had the BEST EVER Christmas parties, and I think about you and your mother every holiday.
