Ingredients
Bunch of beets, cleaned, peeled, and grated.
stock (from prior recipe)
butter
flour
sour cream
Process
- Cook grated beets in stock.
- Thicken with a roux of equal parts butter and flour.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and stir.
- Serve in bowls with a dollop of sour cream in each serving! YUM!
