Ham and Potato Casserole

This recipe makes me think of Scalloped Potatoes made into a meal.

Ham and Potato Casserole (Baba)

Ingredients:
thinly slice ham
thick sour cream
sliced cold boiled potatoes
chopped parsley
salt
pepper
celery seeds
bread crumbs

Process:
  • Preheat oven 350
  • Lay thinly sliced ham in bottom of dish
  • Sprinkle some chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and celery seeds.
  • Layer thick sour cream
  • Sprinkle some chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and celery seeds.
  • Layer sliced cold boiled potatoes
  • Sprinkle some chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and celery seeds.
  • Top it all with bread crumbs.
  • Heat thoroughly until bubbling.
