1/4 cup vinegar (balsamic or red wine)1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
1/2 cup EVOO
salt and pepper to taste
- In a blender, combine first four ingredients.
- When smooth and blending, slowly drizzle in the EVOO and emulsify.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Taste and adjust accordingly.
