Ingredients
Whites of 3 eggs , beaten
Yolks of 3 eggs, not beaten
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 large spoon butter, melted
1 and 1/2 cups milk.
Process
"Add unbeaten yolks to whites and beat together lightly. Put sugar and baking powder into the flour. Add flour to eggs, alternating with 1 and 1/2 cups milk. Add a little nutmeg."
