Now where is a good pie pic from the last party!?
Ingredients
2.5 cups flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 sticks chilled butter cut into small pieces.
1/4 to 1/2 cup ice water
Process
- Combine first 4 ingredients in food processor and pulse until combined into a pea sized grain.
- Slowly pulse in the ice water until dough adheres to itself and is no longer crumbly.
- Form into ball in hands and wrap in Saran wrap.
- Chill for at least 1/2 before rolling out on a well floured or even Saran Wrapped surface.
Makes enough for the top and bottom of a pie.
