Ingredients
2 large cans of sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3-1/2 cup orange juice
3 Tbsp. softened butter
5 Tbsp. rum
salt and pepper to taste
Topping
1/3-1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
crushed pecans (optional)
Process
- Preheat oven 350
- Mix together until smooth and place in a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
- Mix topping and spread over sweet potatoes.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
