I have had this recipe saved from some point during the pandemic. It is kept in a green binder with all the other recipes I have accumulated in the last two years. I really wanted an easy family friendly Crockpot version of chicken Parmesan. This recipe came close but needs some tinkering. I missed the breading on the chicken, but I also wanted more Basil taste. Either way, it was a convenient easy recipe for a day with many interruptions.
