Potatoes Barigoule

Ingredients

Potatoes
stock 
1 cup olive oil
salt 
pepper
vinegar

Process

 1. Place peeled and washed potatoes in sauce pan. 
2. Cover with stock and boil until tender. Drain
3. Put 1 cup olive oil in a deep frying pan, heat and add potatoes. 
4. Cook until lightly brown. 
5. Place on dish, sprinkle with salt pepper and vinegar. Serve.
