Ingredients
4 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
1 cup sugar
white vinegar
Process
- Heat oven to 275 degrees.
- Sift sugar and cream of tartar.
- Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
- Add a teaspoon or two of white vinegar.
- Add the sugar and cream of tartar mix and beat until stiff.
- Shape into a greased pie pan and cool 1 hour.
