Ingredients
2 cups rice
2 and 1/2 cups stock
1 and 1/2 Tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 and 1/2 Tablespoons finely chopped celery
1 and 1/2 Tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
1 and 1/2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of pepper
Process
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a 5 x 9 pan, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Seal pan with aluminium foil.
- Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
