Easy Pie Crust

1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup cake flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
6 Tablespoons cold butter cut into pieces
2 Tablespoons shortening
3 Tablespoons ice water

1. Combine flours, salt and sugar in a bowl.
2. Cut in butter with pastry cutter.
3. Cut in shortening the same way.
4. Sprinkle with ice water and continue to mix until proper consistency.
5. Divide into 2 balls. Freeze 10 minutes.
6. Let warm before rolling out on a well-floured surface.
