Bombay Duck
" Boil 2 fowls (ducks) in large pot until tender - remove and bone - make curry sauce using water fowl has been cooked in. Reheat and serve over rice with it serve hopped green pepper, chopped peanuts, chopped hard boiled egg, and chutney. "
