Minced Lamb with poached eggs

 "Take some cold roasted lamb, mince, season with salt and pepper and a little chopped mint. Make some gravy in a saucepan, thicken with browned flour, stir in meat and heat. Put poached eggs on triangles of toast to garnish with the lamb."
